From single prototype parts to production runs for all parts in an assembly, Ember CNC is equipped to handle your manufacturing needs.
CNC Machining
Every drawing and model is reviewed by our GD&T Engineers and Machinists so you can be confident your parts meet specifications. This includes any coatings or welding required so you receive a fully finished part. Our experience with OEM quality processes makes it easy to complete PPAPs or other requirements necessary to get your parts to production.
Quality
We use modern equipment and regularly manufacture parts which require tolerances of +/- 0.00025". Many parts with tolerances this tight require inspection results and certificates of compliance, which is why our CMM is certified to 3.5 micron.
